Meeting Rooms

The Mahone Bay Centre has a number of occasional use rentals available for meetings, seminars and workshops etc. Described here are the large and small conference rooms, the Tech Room and the Hennigar Community Room.

Large Conference Room

Features: Windows one side, blackout blinds, tables and chairs, carpeted, available sound system and projector
Area: 1,400 sq. ft.
Seats: 175 with chairs only, 140 with chairs and tables.
Rental Rates: $30 hour, $120/half day (5 hours max morning, afternoon or evening), $225/day

Small Conference Room

Features: Tables, chairs; flip chart, AV screen, video projector, available upon request
Area: 400 sq. ft.
Seats: 10-16
Rental Rates: $12 hour

Tech Room

Features: Windows on two sides, tables and chairs, old school character, wood floors, available sound system and projector
Area: 750 sq. ft.
Seats: 93 with chairs only, 75 with tables and chairs
Rental Rates: $15 hour, $60 / half day (5 hours max morning, afternoon or evening), $100 / day

Ralph E. Hennigar Community Room

Features: Windows on two sides, blackout blinds, tables and chairs, old school character/ classroom style,  available sound system and projector
Area: 750 sq. ft.
Seats: 93 with chairs only, 75 with tables and chairs
Rental Rates: $15 hour, $60 / half day (5 hours max morning, afternoon or evening), $100 / day

Heather & David Abriel Room

(Currently under construction. Please see Abriel Room Project)

Features: Kitchen, with stove, fridge, sink, two wash-rooms, assorted dishes, tables and chairs, private entrance, wheelchair accessibility
Area: 630 sq. ft.
Seats: 50 – 60 without tables, 35 with tables and chairs
Rental Rates: $15 per hour without Kitchen , $20 per hour kitchen use included
