Nia Dance – Mondays 5-6 pm in the Dance Studio!

Nia is a whole-person wellness approach blending dance, martial arts and healing arts.  The music is varied and the moves cover a wide range to stimulate the nervous system in many ways.  Choreographed routines include some free dance and are danced barefoot to bring awareness to our movements.  Nia is adaptable and open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels!
